Our Terms of Services (ToS) are designed to be read and understood by the average person. Before using our service, please read them carefully and make sure you understand everything they say. Our Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between anti-interception.com and you.
Referred hereinafter as ‘ECN GmbH’, ‘anti-interception.com’, ‘our’, ‘we’ and ‘us’; is a service provider for XCell Stealth Phones. All customers using our products, repair services, or customer service are subject to the terms and conditions described in this document, as well as the Acceptable Use Policy described here. We reserve the right to make alterations to these documents whenever required. It is the client’s sole responsibility to check for updates on a regular basis.

anti-interception.com is committed to complete transparency in how we handle your data. We have prepared a complete a detailed, but easy to understand privacy and data policy. By using our service, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms outlined in the policy.
Pricing
anti-interception.com's service costs and pricing may be changed from time to time at anti-interception.com's sole discretion. All the payments are paid in advance and not refundable. All the prices stated by us are subject to change and may be changed from time to time at anti-interception.com's sole discretion.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed by ECN GmbH, all payments must be made in the currency used by anti-interception.com with which Customer has placed its Order and in advance, or if approved by ECN GmbH, within net thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice.
Product Warranty
Rest easy with our manufacturer warranty ensuring that your product is protected against any manufacturing defects or issues.
ECN GmbH guarantees this product against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase on our website, anti-interception.com, or from an authorized ECN GmbH retailer or reseller. Defective batteries are covered by ECN GmbH’s Limited Warranty, but battery wear from normal use is not covered.
If returned within the warranty period, ECN GmbH will, at its discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with a repaired or refurbished product of identical specifications. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
ECN GmbH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or expenses arising from the use of this product, including damage to the product's exterior due to usage.
ECN GmbH’s Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as issues with batteries and protective coatings, or superficial damage like scratches, dents, or damaged connectors. The warranty is void if the product's seal has been broken or tampered with, or if the product has been exposed to liquids, chemicals, extreme temperatures, or high humidity. Damage resulting from accidents, falls, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions is not covered, nor is damage caused by operating the product outside its specified conditions. Additionally, the warranty does not apply if the customer fails to cooperate by providing necessary information, such as passwords or security details, if unauthorized services or repairs have been performed, or in cases of loss or theft. The buyer's email and proof of purchase are required to enact the warranty for products purchased on our website or from an authorized retailer or reseller. This policy also applies to products received as a gift.
If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at [email protected]. Include the buyer's email address, proof of purchase, telephone number, and full return shipping address in your message. Upon verification of the buyer’s e-mail address, proof of purchase, and warranty validity, you will be issued a return authorization and instructions for return shipment. Please be advised that a replacement product will be dispatched only after we have received the faulty item and confirmed that it is beyond repair. Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed with ECN GmbH, an order can only be cancelled before the start of order processing. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been processed. If the cancellation is accepted by ECN GmbH, the payment will be refunded. A handling fee of up to 15% of the total order value will be charged. Orders paid via PayPal are excluded from cancellation and cannot be refunded once the payment has been completed.
No Returns
Unless otherwise provided specifically in the applicable goods or service terms, no returns shall be accepted and no refunds or credits will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall anti-interception. com, its affiliates, directors or employees be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, and shall indemnify and hold them harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, demands and proceedings and any and all losses, costs, expenses and liabilities, including, without limitation, all expenses, fines, penalties (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs), related to or arising out of:
- product liability, product safety, personal injury or death; or
- loss of or damage to property; or
- alleged or actual infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights attributable to the Supplier or the Goods, whether arising from third party claims, suits, actions, demands and proceedings or otherwise.
Prohibited Uses
anti-interception.com strictly prohibits the use of its products in the preparation, execution, or participation in any illegal activities. By purchasing or using our products, you agree not to employ them for any unlawful purposes.
We neither encourage, condone, nor support illegal behavior. If we become aware that our products are being purchased with such intent, anti-interception.com reserves the right to refuse sales, cease support, and withhold further knowledge sharing.
Furthermore, if it is discovered that our products are being used for illegal purposes, anti-interception.com will immediately terminate all customer support and void any existing product warranties without prior notice.
Should you suspect that a user is utilizing our products for illegal purposes, you may report your concerns to [email protected]. We kindly ask that any report be supported by credible information to ensure a responsible and thorough assessment of the situation.
