All customers using our service are subject to the terms and conditions described in this document, as well as the Acceptable Use Policy described here. We reserve the right to make alterations to these documents whenever required. It is the client’s sole responsibility to check for updates on a regular basis.
anti-interception.com’s warranty obligations are only as stated in the applicable goods and services terms and conditions. anti-interception.com warrants the XCell Stealth Phones to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the country-specific warranty period. We will correct such defects during the warranty period in accordance with the terms of this warranty program. Our warranty program only applies to XCell Stealth Phones purchased through anti-interception.com, not accessories.
Repair services or replacements under warranty do not entitle the customer to an extension or restart of the warranty period. Repaired or replaced products may contain new and/or refurbished components and equipment.
